Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum one year experience in financial aid advising and processing in a university or college setting is required.
- Strong working knowledge of current financial aid programs.
- Strong technical skills especially in software related to student databases.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population of students, parents and staff.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree.

Position Details
Position Purpose
Advise and assist students, potential students and families with financial aid and student account inquiries; process financial aid applications, including budgeting, packaging of awards, revising awards, verification and resolving conflicting information; provide customer service through walk-in, telephone, e-mail and written communication inquiries.
