Executive Workflow Manager (Onsite Position)

Job Summary

The Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning is looking for an efficient, proactive, and creative individual to support the dean as administrative partner and workflow manager (our organizational chart). You have a passion for prioritizing and managing an executive's complex workload through a combination of process, personal engagement, and technology. You are a "workflow wizard" who stays on top of day-to-day demands while looking to the future and planning for upcoming activities. You manage calendaring and communication as a way to move the dean's agenda forward. You are effective at building relationships and understanding the work of others, and can collaborate effectively to get things done. Taking initiative and ownership to ensure successful outcomes is core to how you operate.

This job is situated in Ann Arbor and on-campus work is expected four to five days a week during the academic year (mid-August to mid-May). Work modality will be driven by administrative needs and college activities that follow the academic calendar. The college offers a few offsite weeks during the academic year and an offsite period from mid-May to mid-August (approximately 12 weeks) for eligible staff.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Factors used to determine salary include experience, knowledge and skills for the position. You are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor transparency throughout the recruiting process.
