• Support the management of our iei.nd.edu and ace.nd.edu websites, front and back end (Drupal); content review and upload, troubleshoot issues
• Design, create, review, edit, and execute ACE monthly newsletters (37,000+ subscribers) and promotional emails in Mailchimp
• Review for content and ND/IEI/ACE brand standards, edit, and send all MailChimp newsletters, promotional emails, and campaigns in support of 10+ ACE programs
• Create, edit, send multiple conference emails and job outreach to ACE grads
• Segment, add, and manage email lists to target current specific audience segments for critical recruiting and promotional purposes
• IEI and ACE website management: Liaise with 18+programs and eight initiatives with page and content creation, editing, and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Web Design. Communications, or related field
• Experience with major email marketing service providers, like Mailchimp, Slate, etc.
• Proficiency in Joomla CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other typical coding languages
• Attention to detail
• Content writing
  Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
