The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety division is currently hiring for Banquet Server with Three Leaf Catering. The University Operations, Events, and Safety division leads the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.

As a Banquet Server, you will be a key member of our mission by providing professional service to banquet guests while they enjoy a business lunch, family gathering, special occasion or a casual meal.
A typical day includes:
• Providing great hospitality and customer service to our guests
• Assisting with events such as buffets, served meals, and receptions
• Setting, maintaining and refreshing all banquet meeting rooms, dining rooms and event spaces
• Assisting with setting-up and tearing down of banquet events. (Set-up includes: moving of tables, chairs, linens, A/V equipment or supplies, dance floors, bars and any other items requested by the client)

Minimum Qualifications
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Our ideal candidates have “team player,” positive attitudes and a willingness to learn
• Ability to bend, walk and be on feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more throughout shift
• Must be able to be flexible/adjust to building and guest needs
• Must have excellent communication/listening skills and high standards of cleanliness
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in banquet/event serving or bartending is preferred, but not required
