Position Summary 
Reporting to the Director of Faculty Affairs, the Non-Tenure Track (NTT) 
Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and performing all duties related to 
recruitment, appointment, reappointment, and promotion in support of all 
University academic units. 
 
Essential Functions 
Maintains accurate data and generates reports of NTT faculty members. 
Tracks and monitors the status of NTT faculty appointments. 
Manages the process for NTT faculty appointments and contracts to 
ensure compliance across all University academic units: 
Supports logistics for annual review/assessment, including providing 
information to the departments and areas concerning the timing of reviews 
Creates case information within the Interfolio RPT system 
Updates Banner and LifeCycle Management 
Analyzes, reviews, and verifies workloads and payment calculations 
Prepares and disseminates the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) policies and 
procedures related to NTT faculty. 
Provides on-demand support with guidance to resources for new NTT 
faculty members 
Generates contracts and initiates workflows through the University’s 
systems (e.g., Interfolio, FLAC, and Banner). 
Communicates effectively with the deans and their staff regarding NTT 
faculty matters. 
Maintains OFA websites. 
Supports all events held by OFA.

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience 
Bachelor’s Degree 
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience 
 
Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills 
Excellent communication skills 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 
Familiar with database management 
Attention to detail 
Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy, meeting the 
time constraints imposed by union contracts/statutory deadlines 
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality 
Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to 
the goals of Jesuit Education. 
 
Minimum Starting Salary: $70,000 
 
Maximum Starting Salary: $79,000 
 
Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
