JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a strategic business partner, the Human Resources Business Partner serves as a consultant to management & staff on employee and labor relations issues and is the primary liaison between the Human Resources Department and the Business Partner’s designated clients/customers. Works on a daily basis to influence employee and leadership behaviors to achieve the organization's strategic goals & vision. Partners with other areas of Human Resources to ensure timely, value added service to management and employees that supports the business objectives and cultural initiatives of the organization.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree is required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or Human Services is preferred. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Five to Seven years of experience in a Human Resources professional role is required. Must have a strong track record resolving complex employee relations issues. Strong leadership experience with Human Resources accountabilities will be considered in lieu of years in a HR-specific position.
